Ways to give

Choose how you want to help

There is no minimum and no maximum. Every pound and every item makes a real difference to a real family.

Cash donation

Donate money

A financial donation allows us to fill gaps in our stock, cover collection and delivery costs, and keep the organisation running. Every pound goes directly to supporting families - we have no paid staff and minimal overheads.

You can donate directly through our Crowdfunder page - every pound goes straight to supporting families.

Collection & drop-off

How to get items to us

1

Get in touch

Contact us via our contact page and let us know what items you have. Include a brief description and, if possible, a photo so we can confirm we can take them.

2

We arrange collection or drop-off

We will arrange a convenient time to collect from your home, workplace, or business. Alternatively, you are welcome to drop items directly to one of our storage units - we will confirm the address when you get in touch.

3

We check and store your items

Every donated item is checked to make sure it is clean and in good condition before being stored and prepared for delivery to families.

4

Your items reach a family

When a referral comes in, your donated items are matched to a family's needs and delivered to their new home - sometimes within hours. Your generosity makes a direct, immediate difference.
